Our company has been in the business of manufacturing, selling, and installing concrete tanks and storm shelters for more than 25 years. We are a family owned and operated business. Our tanks and storm shelters are manufactured in Van Buren, Arkansas, where our home office is located.
Our precast concrete shelters are designed and constructed for solid security against Nature's Force and include:
*5" thick walls with 1/2" rebar on 14" centers with 6" x 6" gauge wire basket*
*Steel door with 3 hinges and 3 latches*
*Door may be opened from inside even if the outside is locked*
*Top Entrance or Walk-in Entrance - with hillside or embankment installation*
*8" turbine vent that helps prevent sweating inside the shelter*
*Handrails are an additional option*
We have three styles of inground storm shelters: half buried, fully buried and walk-in. All installations include a Rock Clause.
A No-Charge Onsite Inspection is available - we are more than happy to come your home or company to discuss your needs and assist you in deciding the best type and location for your shelter.
Our Warranty - Our shelters are designed and engineered to last. We offer a warranty against leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 5 years after installation.
Today there are various materials used for making storm shelters. Concrete, unlike other substances, does not deteriorate and will last for decades.
Financing is available through Superior Financing Company.
Our concrete precast septic tanks come in numerous styles and sizes. All our tanks are manufactured here in our facilty. Our on hand stock includes various sizes, aerobic systems, grease tanks and the supplies needed to complete your installation.
For those who have concerns with rock surfaces on their property, we have the necessary equipment to properly prepare and install your system.
We use Aquaklear Aerobic systems which come with a one year warranty.
